Management is management of a particular thing or situation by means of the use of various tools such as technology and skill. This means that management is not only a science but also a discipline and like all the other fields, it demands years of training, research, and hard work to be learnt. In fact, management has its roots in the natural world. Managers are part of a set of highly evolved professionals who have made management of their special field of expertise.

There are five major key points that one should consider when forming an opinion on the various aspects and practices related to managerial learning objectives. First, the learning objective should address the ultimate goals of the institution involved. The nature of the institution, the profession involved, and the working environment all play a crucial role in determining the type of learning objectives required. The learning objectives should therefore be aligned with the vision of the institution concerned.

Second, the learning objectives should be focused on the creation of organizational structures that are capable of delivering value. Under the definition of value, it means that something is productive both in the short-run and the long-run. The key concept here is that the centralization of managerial structures will help create more value for the organization.

Third, the organizational structures should become more flexible and adaptive to changes. Under the idea of flexibility, it means that the existing organizational structures should allow for changes that occur over time without disrupting the production flow. On the other hand, the idea of adaptive function can be understood to mean that the subordinates should be trained to work according to the instructions of the manager. On the other hand, the last component, centralization, refers to the centralization of decision-making authority in the form of subordinate decision makers.

The fourth key concept involved here is organizational design. This focuses on how the right managerial structure is being established at each level. This will help determine the kind of personnel that should be employed to accomplish tasks in an efficient manner. In effect, the personnel employed should be those who are capable of handling different tasks. These are the managers who will be the ones heading the different departments in organizations.

Learning management system theory is very important for the process of learning. It teaches managers how to form good management teams.
